Munich 2018.
On 6 July 2011, the day on which it was finally decided where the Winter Olympics will take place in 2018, more than 25,000 Winter Olympics fans gathered for an open air festival in Munich's city centre. The festival was conceived and carried out primarily by Eventpool 2018, a collaboration of eight renowned Bavarian event agencies. The event was initiated and hosted by the Bid Committee for Munich 2018. PENTA Events was responsible for the VIP Lounge for 800 invited guests in the Prunkhof of Munich's New Town Hall as well as participant handling, approvals and controlling of all maintenance groups.
